Michael IsabellaMichael Isabella turned a love of music, advertising and marketing into a successful and wide-ranging career in the radio industry where he worked as a promotion and marketing director, account manager and sales manager. He started MI Marketing as way to apply his talents directly with his clients. Michael is passionate about a client’s brand, their core consumer and the most efficient and impactful ways to reach that group.

He has experience creating, planning, buying and selling major campaigns via traditional and digital media platforms. He creates effective video and social media content and has executed a multitude of major events, promotions and public relations campaigns.

He is trained in customer-focused selling and creative problem-solving facilitation. He follows marketing best practices: define the appropriate budget, conduct a SWOT analysis and marketing model, and take the time to deeply understand the core consumer before putting a plan in action. Knowing all this provides a context to get creative and effectively build brand identity, and profits.

Previously, Erik worked in finance and has a degree in finance from Michigan State University.
